From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff made me feel like a VIP. Each interaction was friendly and service-focused, and their exceptional customer service was second to none. The hotel itself was impeccable, with exceptional furnishings and clean, well-maintained rooms. The art objects scattered throughout the hotel added a sense of luxury and the pool was the perfect spot to relax. The on-site restaurant had delicious food with generous portions, and I never had to wait for a seat. The location in this city was perfect for exploring various sites and restaurants.
Nothing not to love.
We had an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff greeted us with exceptional service. The valet team was organized and friendly, making parking a breeze. The front desk staff, especially Madison, was smart, friendly, and helpful. The hotel facilities were magnificent, and our room, the Asian-themed Crouching Tiger suite, exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the complimentary driver who provided local knowledge and great music during our rides. The cleanliness of the entire place was top-notch. The breakfast at the Dragonfly restaurant was delicious, and the staff there provided excellent service.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a cozy couch, a luxurious king-sized bed, and top-notch bedding. The hotel had great facilities, including a lovely pool area and excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff was attentive and provided exceptional service, especially Lara in the bar. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the transportation options were convenient.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and most of them were very nice. We appreciated the little free food that was handed out or placed out for guests. The hotel had beautiful facilities, and we enjoyed stopping by for drinks and appetizers. The coffee stations were a good idea, although it would be even better if they offered regular cream or milk instead of just half-and-half. We loved having slippers and a robe in the room, and it was a nice touch that they turned down our bed. The valet guys were prompt and courteous in retrieving our car. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with generous portions. We never had to wait for a seat for breakfast or dinner, even without making reservations. The valet service was also prompt and polite. The staff on all levels were outstanding, and we loved the scrumptious fresh cookies and excellent coffee.
